Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  1. Product Condition: The item must be in its original packaging and unused condition.

  2. Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including but not limited to:

  1. Gift cards.

  2. Sale or clearance items.

  3. Customized or personalized products.


Refund Process

  1. Initiating a Refund:

    • Contact our customer service team at veloraclub@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the refund.

  2. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.

  3. Inspection:

    • Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

  4. Processing:

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted under the same conditions as refunds. Please specify the replacement item when initiating your return request. Additional shipping charges may apply.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Report the issue to veloraclub@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide photos or videos as proof of the damage or defect.

  3. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account or contact your credit card company.
